Vaccination And Wellness
Our aim for our family is grand,
An ideal clan,
Overflowing with strength,
Vaccination and wellness,
Are our ultimate tools.
Crucial for our kin,
And for ourselves,
They fortify our bones,
Guard against diseases,
And shield us from disabilities,
Like poliomyelitis.
Whenever we ponder its harm,
We deem it vital to vaccinate our children,
And foster healthy living.
Consequences are dire for our bodies,
If we ignore the doctor's counsel,
And neglect wellness regimes.
Now we feel assured,
In a sanctuary of health,
For we've raised them well,
Aware of the necessity of vaccines,
Though the pain may sting,
Prevention surpasses cure,
We lead a balanced life,
This emboldens our resolve.
Vaccination wards off leg paralysis,
It shields our community from tuberculosis,
When injury strikes, tetanus does not ensue,
Our immunity stands strong,
Measles may try to assail us, but in vain.
Children grow unburdened,
Without fear or plight,
All thanks to vaccination,
And wellness pursuits.
Get your children vaccinated,
Ensuring their safety,
Get vaccinated,
And fortify the community,
Our tomorrow starts today,
By laying foundations aright,
We pave the path for our children's future,
Shielded from disability,
And equipped with vigor.
Our life's journey, duly considered.
Educate your community,
On the significance of vaccinating our young,
And embracing healthy habits.
Do you know the toll of lost lives?
Do you realize their destiny rests in your hands?
If not, their peril looms,
Let's champion their survival,
Through vaccination advocacy,
And comprehensive wellness.
Many lives have been lost,
Their morphology altered,
Forgotten and neglected,
Due to limited access,
To healthcare and wellness wisdom.
But it's never too late,
To rectify and restore,
Our children may seem distant,
Their trust waning,
In medical care and wholesome habits.
Their identity transformed,
By illness's burden,
And lack of preventive care,
They've become ensnared,
By circumstance and lack of support.
Yet, despite social divides,
They merit equal opportunities,
For a life of health and fulfillment.
Let's banish the term "H",
Symbolizing all things handicapped.
Let love guide our actions,
Let peace permeate our endeavors,
By ensuring our children are vaccinated,
And embracing wellness practices,
For the entire family.
Let's prioritize nutrition,
And deworming to stave off malnutrition,
And parasitic infections,
To bolster bone health,
And foster optimal growth,
It's our duty to administer deworming medication,
And promote exclusive breastfeeding.
Let's all engage in prevention,
And prioritize vaccination for our children.

Refugee Bother
REFUGEE BOTHER
Annoyed my little name I care
Tried to put pains away.
Having thorns in heart
Because of sorrow
And tuff life we had
Our eyes closed
Our legs float painless war
Am disdained in hidden plane
It is too scorned
Why this to me?
We dreamed unchangeable
But once you feel peace
Conflict crossing your place
Because of vulnerability
Is not only handicapped things
It can affect also our thinks
I bow down
Crying for crown
Their necessity's
For our abilities
Made them won happiest
Life in the little moment
Am in orphanage
I sleep with hunger
Life is more painfully
Our countries darkened
Because of sorrow
I changed the name to be safest
But my poor family is unharmed
I care of Africa
I really care of it
They want me to die
They asked me everyday
Why are you proud
Always unchangeable?
Unenviable?
While their citizen are in meager
I don't know who is he?
I don't know my nemesis
I so hatred by many
My enemies put thorns in my way
They don't want to see me anymore
Better to leave this world
If my name should be the reason of war
And pain for others
Why me?
Why my colour?
Or it because am a stranger?
From no where?
I dislike a lot that status
My foe
Wish to see me failed
Hope to see
What I call peace
Reached my place
And my home race
See you there.
Policy under police
POLICY UNDER POLICE
It’s 6 O’clock Pm East Africa Time
Some Kenyans returned home
And the camp turns into a prison
Everyone heading to end up their missions
On the other hand
We see some footballers
In different fields
Playing and sadly, police fight
Against passengers
Who do nothing
But pushing
To get in the police car
Some speak loudly
Thief, thief, I can hear voices.
Jump the queue of the wall
Incidents come up
People injured
Nobody cares,
People lose money in this hardest case
Nobody cares,
People lost their lives
But nobody cares.
Can someone please tell me the role
The real role of the police?
Should they be a guardian?
Or should they be median ?
I don’t have an answer
Because I don’t actually understand
For what will I stand for?
If my people are jailed?
For no reason.
If my people are mistreated?
For no reason.
For what will I speak up?
If humanitarian keep quiet?
For matters of their donors.
For what will I show my face?
If international agencies keep secret?
Nobody cares.
People live under pressure
In a place we assume to be safe
But still we feel to be in the same place like home.
In a place we assume to be protected
We feel marginalized
And unconsidered
Living with unconscious police
Who destroy humanity
Who deny what’s right
Who add cases on you without faults
Living in a county
Where we tried to be family
To local community
But still, we are given names
That discriminate
Name that don’t give hope
We endure
But do cannot not remain calm.
A refugee woman
A REFUGEE WOMAN
You want to know who she is?
She is a refugee woman
From more than fifteen countries
Living in Turkana West, Kenya
In a semi-arid place where she has to look for firewood to get well cooked food
She has to pass through rivers (lagga) and sometimes kidnapped, raped and harassed in her way.
She had to make a line to get water and sometimes she came without water.
She's living in pain and sorrows
She traverses long-term depression and
Her life has never been easy in the camp
She has to make a line to get medicines
She has to make a line to get food at the ration
She has to be beaten while it's her right to be served
She received four packets of cereal every two months while she's feeding her baby.
She's suffering,
She lives with neither hope nor a future.
Once she's assisted with money
She has to asked for percentages
She was named
A refugee woman.
Person dependable but treated like thieves
Many people have different opinions on her
But let me tell you the truth
A refugee woman
She's like anyone else in other world
A woman who can do better than others
Other women in the cornerstone of this painful universe
A woman who has never forgotten her ambition
Who has never left her mission
Which is to change the world.
A woman who has never disrespected someone's life
No matter what.
Her journey began
In differential situations
War, conflicts, politics
Which made her immigrates
Where does she belong ?
At the right place like anyone else.
She deserves dignity.
Peace and love.
Let all try to support a refugee woman.
